Shipping & Returns


When placing an order you must take full responsibility that any and all of the information you provide is accurate and complete.

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. we recommend you go over your order to check everything is correct. please contact us straight away if you need to amend anything on your order confirmation.

If you place an order for an item that is on a waitlist or pre-order, your credit/debit card will be charged for the full value of the goods when your order is placed.

If for any reason, due to unforeseen circumstances we are unable to fulfil any part of your order, we will notify you as soon as possible and aim to refund your card within 7 days of doing so.


We aim to send your order out within 4 days of receipt of payment, some bespoke orders can take a little longer. For bespoke orders you will get a lead time once the order is made. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped. Pillow Bag ships orders to the UK from our office in London. 

All your orders will be tracked so please make sure your delivery address has someone there to sign for your package.

 Please note if you place an order over the Christmas period between 24th - 1st of January, your goods will not be dispatched until 3rd January.


If you are not completely satisfied with your product, our returns policy allows you to return any items within 14 days from being dispatched.

Please email for our return form.

Once we receive your returned product(s) we will be more than happy to offer you a refund or exchange provided the products are returned in perfect, unused condition with all the original tags still attached. We try our very best for refunds to be processed within 7 days.

All customers are responsible for their postage fees when returning items. delivery costs of the initial order will not be refunded. We highly recommend you get proof of postage in the form of a tracking number, as Pillow Bag London is not responsible for any returns or exchanges that fail to reach us. 

In the instance of faulty items, please notify us immediately. we will make sure we arrange collection or postage of the item as soon as possible and offer a replacement. Pillow Bag London will not take responsibility for returned items received in a damaged condition without prior notice.



Every product is shown including VAT. You are able to see your total price including all fees, taxes, shipping and method of payment in your shopping basket.

Our payments are securely processed and managed through stripe, they guarantee that every purchase will be safe and that your card information and data is protected.
